| The Semi-automatic system is idea for
increasing productivity when wrapping labels around square containers
such as milk bottles (as shown below). |
|
|
|
|
The operator passes the unlabelled
bottle through the unit to wipe the label on to the front
and two sides. Once the bottle passes the back of the unit,
a new label is dispensed ready for the next application.
Advances of this system include:
- increase productivity
- accurate and repeatable
label placement
- Adjustable for a variety
of bottle sizes (e.g. 1pt, 2pt, 4pt, 8pt etc)

Portable desktop mounted and operates
from a standard 240Vac (110 Vac also available).
